Refund Policy

At Virginia Compliance LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Because our work involves scheduled time, preparation, and customized consulting, the following refund policy applies:

Consultations

Free consultations may be rescheduled with no penalty.
Paid consultations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Training Sessions, Workshops & On-Site Services

Because training sessions require preparation, scheduling, and reserved time:

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance
→ Eligible for a full refund or full credit toward a future service.
Cancellations made within 4–6 days of the scheduled service
→ Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the service
→ Non-refundable, but may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost.
No-shows
→ Non-refundable.

Consulting Packages & Project-Based Services

For packaged services, audits, assessments, governance work, or policy development:

A non-refundable retainer (typically 25–50%) is required to begin work.
If the client cancels after work has begun, refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on:
- Time spent
- Work completed
- Non-recoverable preparation
Completed work, delivered documents, and training materials are non-refundable.

Retainer Agreements

Monthly retainers are non-refundable, as time is reserved in advance.
Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 5 business days. We will work to resolve concerns through:

A follow-up meeting
Adjustments to deliverables (when appropriate)
